Abstract



This book examines the power of writing to positively shape, or reshape, human experiences, in the context or aftermath of stressful life experiences. The contributors to this volume pose important questions about whether, when, for whom, and how writing can be used as a therapeutic tool to reduce the harmful effects of stress and trauma on health and well-being.
