Abstract
A case of malignant teratoma arising in the ethmoid sinus of a 39‐year‐old man is presented. It led to the patient's death within 3 months after the onset of nasal symptoms. Histologically, the lesion contained young squamous, glandular and neural elements with abundant smooth muscle. Focal areas resembling esthesioneuroblastoma were present. The authors believe it to be the first documented case of a malignant teratoma arising in this location.
