Abstract

Health systems have the capacity to develop and implement intervention strategies that can substantially increase high-quality shared decision making (SDM) and lung cancer screening (LCS) in primary care patient populations. Here, we describe how a health system formed a lung cancer learning community that includes members who have worked together to develop an effective strategy for identifying and engaging primary care practice patients in SDM and LCS.
