Abstract
The case presented is of a 67‐year‐old woman with multifocal ovarian serous tumor of low malignant potential with skin involvement. To our knowledge this is the first such case not preceded by abdominal surgery. The pathogenesis of her cutaneous lesions is discussed. We propose neoplastic transformation of cutaneous endosalpingosis as a possible explanation. 1991 Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand
