Abstract

The authors regret they failed to note that the treatment period for patients included in this report occurred between 2000 and 2010 and not through the stated 2015 end date. The findings described, then, do not represent final data (including total numbers of patients and results) or conclusions for patients treated after 2010. Complete study data remain at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Please note that this study was conducted while all authors were at the University of Maryland, under UMGCC 1175, IRB# HP-0051965 (Martin J. Edelman, PI). Supported by NCI # 2 P30 CA134274-01.
