N2 - Gluteal compartment syndrome is uncommon but potentially devastating. Bilateral gluteal compartment syndrome occurs far more infrequently, with only three previous cases reported to date. This report reviews a case of bilateral gluteal compartment syndrome, the relevant anatomy of the gluteal region, and the etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of this phenomenon.
