Author Correction: The necrosome promotes pancreatic oncogenesis via CXCL1 and Mincle-induced immune suppression

In this Letter, owing to an error during the production process, ‘SAP130’ was defined in the Abstract as ‘a subunit of the histone deacetylase complex’ rather than ‘spliceosome associated protein 130, also known as splicing factor 3B subunit 3 (SF3BP)’. In the Methods section, the following vendor information and/or catalogue numbers should be added. In the ‘Animals and in vivo models’ section, the recombinant SAP130 from MyBioSource had catalogue number MBS964234. In the ‘Western blotting and immunoprecipitation’ section, SAP130 antibodies were from Santa Cruz Biotechnologies with catalogue number sc-368233. In the ‘Histology, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy’ section, SAP130 antibodies for human and mouse immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence from Abcam had catalogue number ab245640. In the legend of Extended Data Fig. 2d, it should be noted that one data point from each group was excluded from analysis because the incorrect antibody was added. In Extended Data Fig. 2h, two data points (one for each group) were inadvertently omitted; the corrected panel is included as Supplementary Fig. S1 in the Supplementary Information to this Amendment. In the legend of Extended Data Fig. 3a–c, the n values listed should be ‘n = 4 wild-type and n = 3 Rip3^-/- mice’, rather than ‘n = 7 per group’. In the legend of Extended Data Fig. 4d, it should be noted that two tumours in the wild-type group were excluded as a result of visible tumour leakage from the pancreas at the time of injection that led to peritoneal implants. In the legend of Extended Data Fig. 4h, it should be noted that one value was excluded in the isotype group because of a pipetting error. The n values for each group are indicated by the dot plot. In Extended Data Fig. 10c, one data point from the ‘Mincle^-/-, Control’ group was inadvertently omitted; the corrected panel is included as Supplementary Fig. S2 in the Supplementary Information to this Amendment. The Supplementary Information to this Amendment contains the original and corrected Extended Data Figs. 2h and 10c for transparency. The original Letter has not been corrected.
