Author Correction: Stromal changes in the aged lung induce an emergence from melanoma dormancy

Correction to: Naturehttps://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-022-04774-2 Published online 1 June 2022 In the version of this article initially published, the legend for Extended Data Fig. 4 was incorrectly labeled as containing more than 10 mCherry positive cells and has now been corrected to read “less than 10 mCherry positive cells.” Figure 3c and Extended Data Fig. 4c were originally published with the same HSP90 band. While they are from the same experiment, they were run on different gels which were performed as replicates. We have now amended Extended Data Fig. 4c to contain the corresponding HSP90 for the appropriate gels used in both figures. The legend for Fig. 4d was incorrectly labeled as using the FS4 human melanoma cell line and has now been corrected to reflect the proper cell line used, the FS13 human melanoma cell line. The raw western blot data for Fig. 4d and Extended Data Fig. 6g were incorrectly labeled as having used the 1205Lu and FS4 human melanoma cell lines. The raw western blot data have been updated to properly reflect the cell lines used in the experiment, which are the FS13 and FS14 human melanoma cell lines. In the western blot data for Extended Data Fig. 5b, the labels for MER and MITF were inadvertently switched. We have now corrected the figure to reflect the proper proteins. The original description in the figure legends of Extended Data Figs. 5 and 6 describing doxycycline concentration was mistakenly written as “2 μg/ml” and has been amended to “2 mg/ml” in both legends. In Extended Data Fig. 7c, we mistakenly duplicated the image for AXL with WNT5A. We apologize for this error and have amended the figure with the appropriate image for WNT5A. The raw western blot data originally published contained only representative HSP90 and GAPDH blots from the figures and extended data. We have now updated the raw western blot data to include all HSP90 and GAPDH blots used as loading controls for all western blot gels performed in the manuscript. The changes have been made in the Supplementary Information and HTML and PDF versions of the article.
