I believe it is important to work with the entire team of surgeons, medical oncologists, and medical subspecialists to provide coordinated, comprehensive care for our patients. It is my job to ensure that all members of the team are communicating to provide the highest level of care; this includes the patient and family members.

It is vital as a clinician to remember that patients are also people who come from all cultures and walks of life, and all are deserving of our respect.
