Treatment Philosophy

As an interventional pulmonologist I work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team to diagnose and treat cancers involving the lung.  Both primary lung cancers and other cancers that involve the lung can make people feel short of breath and limit activity which leads to a worse quality of life.  However, while patients are undergoing treatment of lung cancers, we can employ many minimally invasive techniques to treat shortness of breath and improve lung function.  This helps people keep feeling well and stay active
